Onboarding an employee or contractor
What to prepare before the first day, and what to do on day 1, week 1, month 1 and day 90.
What it is
An onboarding structure for a small team: separate accounts, a "Start here" folder, rules for data and AI, first tasks and 90-day goals. It works for an employee and for a freelancer on a long project.
