What it is
A checklist for launching a course, service or product. It's split into stages, from locking down your offer two weeks out to talking with buyers and non-buyers a week after launch. Items written as "- [ ]" turn into checkboxes when you paste them into Notion or Obsidian.

- [ ] The landing page passed review (see the "Landing page review before publishing" checklist)

- [ ] A week of launch content is written and on the calendar
PAYMENT AND ACCESS

- [ ] Buyers get an email right away: access, what happens next, where to send questions
- [ ] You know how to issue a refund, confirmed on a test payment
- [ ] A receipt or invoice is generated and meets the requirements where you operate (ask your accountant if unsure)
ANALYTICS
- [ ] "Lead" and "purchase" events show up in your analytics report
- [ ] Every link in posts, emails and ads has UTM tags
- [ ] One spreadsheet tracks visits → leads → purchases every day
LEGAL
- [ ] Terms of sale (your Terms of Service) are published
- [ ] The privacy policy says what data you collect and why
- [ ] The refund policy is written in plain language
- [ ] Consent to join your email list is collected with its own checkbox
- [ ] You've checked the rules where your customers live (for example, GDPR for customers in the EU or your state's privacy laws)
SUPPORT
- [ ] One channel for questions is listed on the site and in emails
- [ ] A response time is set (for example, within 24 hours)
- [ ] Reply templates are ready for the 10 most common questions
LAUNCH DAY
- [ ] All links checked from a phone
- [ ] Personal messages sent to your "first 50"
- [ ] Someone answers questions within the hour
- [ ] A plan B is ready in case payment breaks: a manual payment link or an invoice
7 DAYS LATER
- [ ] Funnel numbers collected and compared with the goal
- [ ] You talked with 5 people who bought and 5 who didn't: what convinced them, what stopped them
- [ ] Your decision is written down: what you're changing in the offer, the page or the channelsProfessions it helps
