How you sound: 4 traits with examples, words to avoid and rules for each channel.

What it is

A file that turns "write a post" into text in your style. The voice traits come as "like this / not like this" pairs, and there's a list of words to avoid and rules for each channel. It works best with one or two of your own good pieces in the Examples section. Upload it to a project together with the "Company context file."

## Who's speaking
[For example: a practitioner who does the things they write about. Not a guru and not a salesperson.]

## How we sound: 4 traits
1. Specific: numbers and examples instead of generalities.
   Like this: "We built the landing page in one evening with a site builder." Not like this: "We create websites fast."
2. Calm: no exclamation points, no ALL CAPS.
3. Formality: [casual, first names and contractions / more formal]. Pick one and keep it everywhere.
4. Honest: we talk about limits, including what won't work and who it isn't for.

## Words and phrases

- We don't use: "unique," "revolutionary," "secret," "hack," "in today's fast-paced world," "let's dive in," [your own words to avoid]

## What we don't do
- We don't promise income or guaranteed results
- We don't pressure people with urgency that isn't real
- We don't mock customers or competitors

## By channel
- LinkedIn / Instagram: [length, paragraphs, emojis: yes or no]
- Email: [subject line up to N words; one email, one idea]
- Website: [short paragraphs, headlines about the result]
