Magnific

Images Freemium Checked: October 2026

AI upscaling and image enhancement, and since April 2026 also the new name of Freepik.

What it is

Magnific is known for its AI upscaler: Creative mode paints in extra detail, while Precision mode enlarges an image up to 16 times and stays closer to the original. On April 28, 2026, Freepik was renamed Magnific: it's now a single platform with image, video and audio generation, a stock library (more than 250 million assets) and a shared credit balance. The free plan is limited; paid plans start at $20 a month ($14.50 billed yearly) and include a commercial AI license.
